I would give her 10+ for all categories if I could. We even arranged for her to give me a cooking lesson; she was a magnificent teacher of the local Maccherone plus more. Her food was the best so far in Italy and she even packed us a picnic lunch to go when we left. And so centrally located, with a beautiful view of the mountain from our bed.
