“Wonderful stay! The hotel is clean, warm, and welcoming, with a delicious breakfast and a very comfortable large bed. On my wife’s birthday, the staff surprised her with champagne, a song, and a candle to blow out during breakfast—it was such a thoughtful gesture! While the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, public transport makes it accessible. However, keep in mind that buses might not run on Sundays. Highly recommended!”

The breakfast was wonderful. You could choose anything you wanted and it was delivered and left outside your room on time. Great warm croissants! Lots of coffee pods. I only had one, but nice to have the choice. Balcony with chairs and table. Aircon in bedroom.

We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;) The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building. I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!

Ms. Anna was a wonderful host who was extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking directly in front of the B&B. The location was a short drive to the Alfa Romeo Musuem. Local train station made an easy trip into Milan. Our stay could not have been better. A shame that we could not stay longer but a nearby convention meant that B&B Roma was fully booked for the rest of the week. We would ideally like to award 11 out of 10 for our stay !

We stayed here during the F1 Grand Prix in Monza, it was a great location for getting to Monza and avoiding the crowds coming in from Milano. We went by car, parked conveniently at the nearest train station. The accommodation is as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean. We got new bottles of water every day and the room was cleaned daily. The bed was super comfortable. Also, there is parking in the yard behind a closed gate, super convenient. The room has all the essentials, fridge, TV, air con, wifi, fully equipped bathroom. In the garden there is a spot to drink your coffee and relax. A supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot. All in all, would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t speak highly enough of this accommodation. Massimo, our host, was welcoming and helpful, available at any time and cooked a beautiful breakfast. The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a balcony and beautiful surroundings. Parking was secure and free. I would recommend staying at this location every time.
