You will get an excellent service as the hotel owners run the business. Rooms are well decorated and quite clean. Frontside is on a narrow road but on the otherside there is a garden and terrace with an amazing Tuscony view. If you are lucky you can park in front of the hotel or there is a car parking nearby. The owner did ask if we wanted to change incase it was too small but we preferred a great balcony view over a slightly larger room. Highly recommended and the owner was lovely and even helped us find and book a wine tour during the slow season. The ac is great and the staff is most helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times over the years the gated parking lot right at the hotel is a great addition making it very easy to bring in the luggage. While we didn’t use the pool it looked great.
