We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room had been recently renovated - it was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was so clean and well-maintained. We also received coupons for complimentary welcome prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The room had a stunning view over the town, which made our stay even more special. Despite the large number of tourists in Sorrento, the hotel felt very calm and quiet - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location is amazing - just a short walk from Sorrento’s main attractions, and very close to the central station. It’s super convenient for catching a bus to the airport, Amalfi, or Positano, and for taking a train to Naples. Highly recommended!

Our room in Villa Crapolla was super cute! The room was very clean and has a beautiful terrace with a stunning view! Location is also great and near other touristic cities like Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi ... But our host made this vacation on Villa Crapollo perfect! He was such a nice person and every morning we had delicious breakfast on our terrace! Thank you again on everything and for sure we would highly recommend stay in Villa Crapolla!

    very comfortable and ample room, excellent area where to park the car. The location is very close to both Sorrento and Positano, in a nice countryside area. from this room you have a small glimpse of the beautiful countryside leading to the Sorrento bat, but you can tell é that from the other rooms the view fully expands. Our host was very friendly and gave it tip to the area. the price considering the area was inexpensive.
