It was quiet. The personal is excellent, super nice. Small garden but for Florence it is exceptional. The localisation is perfect as well, close to duomo and plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast is excellent. We appreciated the valet option that allow you to park the car in front of the hotel for you to leave the luggage and then someone bring the car to a parking nearby.
