The apartment we booked was situated on the second floor. The innovative security technology was such a pleasant surprise! We felt super safe. The apartment itself is equipped with everything, starting from basic things up to iron, iron desk, oven and kitchen utensils. The building is located right next to the market square, so everything is close. Parking is everywhere around the building, so you do not have to worry, there will be a place for you to park (even within the ZTL zone thanks to the registration in the system by a host). Unfortunately, we were only staying for one night, so we couldn't use the place to its full potential. Definitely recommend!

    Street parking was very easy to find. We were met by the very friendly and professional Salvatore, who showed us around the beautiful and comfortable flat. He also checked up on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Dinner on the terrace looking over the Forli rooftops was one of the highlights of our stay.

    Lovely hotel brillianty situated for town centre. Nice breakfast but our small dog wasn't allowed in breakfast room with us whereas most establishments in Italy, including restaurants and bars allow them. Internet fast but can be tricky to get working on my laptop, no issues with other devices so may just be my laptop. Nice underground parking with lots of space. Overall would reccomend.

    Our room was super clean and comfortable. There was a free parking slot in the garden as well. Each detail of the room and common area was very cute and nice! Nadine is super kind person, she prepared breakfast for us, she is very friendly. In the room and in the kitchen there was everything that one may need! We enjoyed a lot staying there!     1. Luxurious for the price. 2. Excellent restaurant, into which even our dog was welcome. 3. Lots of free parking. 4. Really good staff. 5. Good TV.... built into the mirror! 6. Quiet at night. I almost never give anything 10 out of 10. That implies perfection, and nothing is perfect. However, this hotel would get 98 or 99 out of 100.
