The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. This idyllic place is like finding a long lost family. Elisabetha and Marcello are the most perfect hosts and their home is wonderful. We were spoilt tasting their home grown produce. Wine, olive oil and a variety of preserves. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this lovely place.

The property is in a charming little street on the rolling hillside just outside of Gubbio. It is spacious, comfortable, comes with a luxurious swimming pool and garden. The hosts, Daniela and Gino are really very welcoming and were available any time we needed them. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, and surprised us with french pastries for Sunday breakfast.

The location is just a short distance to the nearby towns. The apartment's decor was breathtaking and authentic. A great bonus was the parking within the premises, which was enclosed.
