Very nice and cozy hotel, far from road noise. A large, comfortable, slightly old-fashioned room. Very friendly staff ready to help. View of the mountains from the balcony. In the morning we were woken up by cowbells and it was very nice. This hotel is one you want to return to.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. Lovely place, things are mostly brand new. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Foot at the restaurant is delicious, including the breakfast offering. They have a small sauna with a small relaxing area. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Modernly decorated apartment, equipped with everything you need. The hosts are friendly and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The bus stop is located almost in front of the apartment and the journey to the ski resort takes about 15 minutes. It was a great stay, and we hope to return!

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very nice and very helpful. In the hotel there is a 25 - metr long heated swimming pool. It is amazing! The food is delicous. The rooms are big and very smartly furnished. Everything is perfect. We will definately come back!

    It is a family hotel with a good location in Gais, just across the street from the bus station where you can take the bus to Kronplatz. There is also a parking. The breakfast was great and the staff was nice and approachable. Room was clean, towels were changed every morning. Heating was great. There is also a bar in the hotel.

    The rooms were renovated, it was really spacious, they cleaned the room every day in it was good location (10 minutes with car to ski slopes). They also had parking and didn’t charge extra for it!

    Location less then 10 min to Brunico and the lifts for Kronplatz. Great breakfast, a lot of choices. Big room, clean, big bathroom. Across the street is a big parking space who belongs to the hotel. You just recieve an entering number. Everything was perfect in general. Thank you.
