Location, in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from the motorway. Upon arrival there was fresh water in the room for our dog. Breakfast selection/buffet very nice. Locals also choose it, so no tourist trap.

Beautifully done up apartment with very pleasing and aesthetic decor. The room was very comfortable,clean and bright. The bathroom/washroom was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast was very sumptuous and varied. It was well laid out.filtered water,microwave and coffee maker were welcome The instructions were very clear and specific. Parking was very convenient

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. Great value for money.

Modern and very comfortable apartment on a great location. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. Rooms are very tastefuly decorated, the bathroom was big, beds were comfortable. There was also a washing machine. Location was great, in the middle of the main happening in Parma. We highly recommend!

Monica was very helpful and accommodating, especially considering we arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic. The room was very large with tall ceilings and the huge bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty with fresh pastries and a good selection of spreads. The location is on a functioning farm but the rooms are in a newly renovated building. Highly recommended!

    We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There was everything we needed and private parking. It is "in the middle of nowhere" but this is what we wanted since in the morning we were doing a tour in parmigiano reggiano dairy. Instructions about a stay were clear. The breakfast was in Italian way (mainly sweet) but there were also savoury options. Sir at the reception was very kind and helpful.
