Very nice place! Very clean and pleasant. Sweet breakfasts - very good cakes and tiramisu. Coffee served in lovely cups with flowers which I really liked. I recommend! :)

Every day cleaned, new towels, made beds. Breakfast simple, but good (no warm options like eggs...). Good overall location. 20-30km from two lakes, main road is near so quick and easy travels to bigger cities like Modena, Milan... Working AC, but it is old and a bit noisy at least in our room.

It is on an industrial estate. It is basic but the room was very nice. Breakfast service was slow and we were only offered cooked options when we had already gone past wanting anything. Pleasant owners.
