Everything was exactly as described and the apartment is modern and clean and well equipped. Emanuella is a lovely hostess and was very patient with our poor Italian. A little excitement finding the entrance and when you do its delightful. Quiet except for the distant toll of church bells which is also wonderful.

    Free parking and a lot of restaurants nearby. There was nothing else to be liked, maybe juice in the morning was good enough, but that's it. Nothing special, the only location is good for travellers with a car.

    Perfectly good for an overnight stop. Secure parking in what appeared to be a compound locked overnight and managed by the reception staff. Decent breakfast. We took a train into Como for the evening - 15 minutes, a train every hour. A 10 min walk along a busy road to get to the nearest station.

    A great location for passing through to Switzerland. Plenty of free parking with cctv. The general area around the hotel is run down. Found a good restaurant opposite that serves Mexican food. Room floor was unclean, carpet had a shard of glass. The bathroom was very clean and bed linen was also spotless just the floor was dirty. Safe in room was handy. Reasonable continental breakfast €10

    Great Central location secure parking great rooms super breakfast handy for all aspects of como shopping restaurants lake etc all short distances reception is a great experience i stay several times each year nothing to much trouble
