It's brand new, modern, very clean and cosy apartment. Parking is also a big plus because it's hard to find a spot in the town. The host did his best to accomodate us a bit earlier than the check in time.

The guy kindly collected us from the stop it was beautiful views from there were breathtaking, for me with my daughter I did need to always get cabs in and out but the guy from apartment gave us a spin when he could which we greatly appreciated he was very helpful, I loved it

Well equipped apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very quiet and clean. The location is excellent. Nearby there is a cafe, and a rocky beach. The owner is available online. Can answer or suggest if there are difficulties with the gate or the door (it opens online, without "classic" keys). He also gave us some great places to visit. Unfortunately, I did not have a signal on my phone, and the Internet in the apartment was weak. Perhaps it is good, because it was possible to relax, and not sit on the phone and online :) For some, this may be a minus, but for us it was not a minus.

Amazing and beautiful place with peaceful garden, super tasty breakfast and lovely hosts. The bed is amazing with orthopedic matress will make you sleep like a baby ;) Marina and her daughter were very helpful during our stay. The place is super clean and smells lovely. A true highlight of our elopment trip to Italy! We would love to come back!

This place was exactly what I was looking for - spectacular views in a quiet town on Lake Como, 5 min walk to a little swimming spot, 15 min drive to Bellagio, great air conditioning, free easy parking onsite, elevator, stylish, comfortable, flexible and responsive host, good kitchen, washing machine. Even a small deli with some basic essential groceries and a waterside dinner restaurant (not open Mondays and Tuesdays). I liked that this village has a relaxed local feeling, not in the main tourist craziness of Bellagio. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, it is fantastic if you are looking for a stay in a smaller lakeside town and have a car to get around. If you do come by car, the entrance to the building is not where google maps says, follow the video the host sends you. It's only a block up off the main road to get to the building's gate. Otherwise you end up too far up the hill and it's very difficult to turn around. Roads are narrow around this part of the lake, not an issue unless you are a nervous or aggressive driver. Just slow down, pull over as far as you can, and wave at the oncoming driver.

    The view was amazing, sunrise is directly across the lake so very pretty mornings. Free parking is a welcome addition, with the boat nearby we didn't hace to use the car at all. Villa Carlotta in walking distance was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Also the dog downstairs was adorable.

    A very good location, right next to the ferry stop, there also a swimming pool right in front of the hotel; many restaurants near the hotel, a beautiful Villa 8 min by walk, an amazing view from the room, a great hotel staff, parking lot, cleaning every day
