Breakfast available at weekends but upon request during the week. Good breakfast and coffee exceptional. Upon arrival we had welcome drinks and our hosts were charming. We ate dinner both nights and the menu had everything for all tastes - perhaps a grilled meat might be added. Seating locations varied all wonderful areas to sit in outside or inside. Very very relaxed venue and situation. Parking down a small hill so park up first to drop off luggage then go back down hill and park. Our two bed apartment had no lounge but very good for two nights or longer. The lounge was outside in the gardens! Our bathroom window perhaps needs a blind. Visit the local winery Terraquilla fabulous tour with Francesco and tasting with ham/cheese excellent value. Our hosts suggested good restaurants for lunch and nearby Zocca super traditional town.

It’s a beautiful property in a stunning location. It’s been restored to a very high standard and is very comfortable, clean and well presented. Couldn’t fault it. The couple looking after it were kindness itself. Helpful and friendly.

This little hostel/refuge is super nicely located at the bottom of La Roccamalatina ! I would highly recommend hiking up to the cross that is on the rock just next to the refuge in the late afternoon. The light is amazing ! The facility has 2 bedrooms (one for men on for women) with 4 beds each and 2 bathrooms. I was their first guest ever so they were a little surprised when I arrived but welcomed me warmly ! I would recommend this place ++++ NB : there is not so many options to eat up there and they close early so if like me you're cycling (or hiking) up there I would highly recommend you to take your dinner (and breakfast) with you !

I love the ambiance of the place, the interior design, the beddings and eco-friendly toileteries and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here even though it is a bit of a drive to the next bigger town. Its also not too far from Bologna airport.

    We loved our host, Tiziano who showered us with warm hospitality. He had time, made sure we had everything we needed and was keen for conversation. The room was spacious and well equipped. There was parking, which I think we had to pay for but it was secure. We also loved Beatrice the boxer dog who is so soft, gentle and soppy.
