Very nice! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, big, very close to the sea, so we could see it from the terrace while eating! The owner is very welcoming, friendly, explained everything. Boat was clean. We have three kids 8 ,7, 3 and they loved it. Everyone slept very well. The owner was brilliant and very helpful with food and taxi's. We only stayed one night but it would make a fantastic base to see Rome for a few days. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owners, answered lots of questions patiently and were very helpful about tips to restaurants or beach locations. Because the location only has 2 available rooms, sense of privacy was amazing. Overall we had an amazing experience and would strongly recommend staying here if possible

The Host was very nice and he made sure I checked in comfortably. The apartment itself is just the perfect size with spacious living space for one or two people although it can accommodate more people. I wanted to get to know the neighbourhood so it was a good thing for me to stay in this apartment about 15 minute walk from the beach - so one really gets to know the locals.

    Station House is perfectly located just steps from Ostia Lido Centro rail station with frequent trains to Rome, and also only a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and it was good to have the large terrace too. There is free parking all around. It was a pleasure to communicate with Fabio and his colleague.

    Very good location in the first line of buildings. View from the window of the promenade and beach. No problems with collecting the keys. There is no problem with parking your car - there are plenty of free parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood.

    Only 15 mins drive to FCO Airport. The apartment is spotless. Comfortable beds, the owner left so much food and drinks for us. Thank you. The lifts was great and there is a secure parking under the building. Bus stop is in front of the apartment to bring you to city centre.
