Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The reception staff is excellent and at the checkout they gave us a free gift which was a hand cream from Aqua Di Parma . I appreciate it so much and will comeback one day just because of this beautiful gesture . Tiramisu and drinks at the bar are beyond amazing! Room was perfect and with a city view. Hotel smells great and the amenities are also very nice.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Milan. Room was spacious and clean! I loved the details and design! Would have loved to spend more time inside the room if I was not only for shopping. Next time definitely. The ladies running the hotel were very helpful polite and offered us all the help in terms of taxi, suggesting restaurants etc.

The hotel looks much better than the pictures. Everything about the hotel is amazing. The staff `s service is 10/10. Good location, Amazing rooftop views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
