The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and waited also our arrival in Macerata. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The house is gorgeous and so close to Macerata; we were there for the opera and it was very convenient. We are coeliac and Annalisa made a huge effort at short notice to ensure we had breakfast that worked for us. It is a very lovely place to use as a base for Macerata and the surrounding Marche area. The pool area is quiet and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels were provided. Our room had aircon and a balcony. I would very much like to stay longer next time.

Beautiful surrounding countryside and very quiet, yet perfectly positioned for ease of access to all the local towns and amenities. Flaminia was incredibly kind and attentive. The bedding was fabulous quality, unusually for Italy in our experience, and it was so lovely to have the whole apartment, rather than just a room. The little bar opposite was handy for an aperitivo and a snack too. We didn't use the pool, as we were out touring every day. It looked stunning though.

    The most amazing view out of the whole wall window opposite the bed. Curtains to stop the sun waking you up in the morning. Whole studio flat, very tastefully decorated, with all the amenities not just for sleeping and showering but also for cooking and washing/drying clothes. Three beds all in all, one marital and one single. WiFi. Free parking in the underground garage. Easy enough coms with the host over the Whatsapp. (I have learned that in Italy you better use the Whatsapp or else ..) Did I say the view is amazing ? :)

    The view from the window was beautiful. The unit was very clean. Parking was readily available and much appreciated (make sure you park on the same floor as the unit-the parking garage has multiple floors with the same numbers on the stalls!). The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He had lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to see. There was a lot to do in the city, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

    The hotel is right in the centre of Macerata which is a beautiful city. The hotel is very nice. Room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Stephanie. Parking is available and Stephanie gave us instructions how to get to the parking. Breakfast choice was excellent. Definitely a good hotel to stay in and enjoy the atmosphere of Macerata.

    Excellent location outside the city walls, in a contemporary block of flats with a splendid view over the surrounding countryside & hills. Quiet location. Couldn't utilise garage parking space as my vehicle was too tall. Owner cheerful and clear communicator. Tried to solve vehicle issue with me. Parking space in garage is secure and easily accessible from flat. Excellent restaurant recommendation. Would go back

    The location was good for us as we were there for a concert. The cobblestone streets got tiring after a while. Arranging parking in advance is helpful as they have a garage. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
