Great pick on our trip around Italy. Very nice, clean room, it is visible that the owner is taking a very good care of the place. Breakfast were nice, served in winter garden by the host, parking available right next to the house. Great for short term stay.

The owner was very very quick to answer to my messages and happy to help me. The check-in and check-out is very clearly and easy explained, the apartment is super clean and tidy, is very confortable and cozy, is designed with everything you need for a short or long stay.     It is located in an excellent spot for visiting whole Emilia Romagna region. Beautiful surroundings and very nice host. Private parking and view from the rooms are great. They are hard working people who produce all kinds of products that you can buy. The best part for us was the breakfast. Standard is Italian breakfast with some of the greatest pastries you have ever tasted. However, for a small additional fee, you can have eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, all homegrown and absolutely fantastic.
