The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

Stefano and his team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, our room was very beautiful (and absolutely clean, of course), very comfortable bed and great walking distance to the station, city centre and main sights.The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.
