I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious, and what sets it apart is the unique free à la carte menu, which I haven't seen offered at any other hotel before. The location is excellent - it's very central yet surprisingly quiet, with the city center just a short walk away. The added bonus of a free parking garage is a big plus. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the front desk team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you. Overall, it's an outstanding choice for a memorable stay.

The location was 10 minutes walking from the center. The hotel looks elegant, classy. The interior is stylish, the facilities are great (indoor and outdoor swimming pool are very nice; the garden is beautiful; the terrace is amazing), the personnel is extremely professional, pleasant, helpful and receptive to any request. The room I stayed in was modern, large enough, elegant, spotless, with comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast is extremely good in terms of variety, quality, taste. Moreover I was given a Merano card which I used to access free public transportation and some touristic attractions. I also booked dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was a delicious and very pleasant experience.

A very nice hotel in the middle of the green. The room was very nice and comfortable with a SPA bath. We truly enjoyed the swimming pools and SPA with a lot of quiet place to lie down enjoy the tranquility of the garden and the sun. The restaurant, breakfast and afternoon tees with a nice cake were great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Starting from Federica and Nicola, many thanks to all. The hotel is quite close to the river. It takes around 10 mins to walk on the side of the river until to the town centre.

Wonderful location! Close to parking, directly in the Centre of Meran. Everything was as brand new and super tasteful! The towels were nice and thick! Comfortable and king sized bed. A lot of attention to detail in the apartment while maintaining a minimalist and super organized atmosphere! This was one of the best vacation rentals in many years of traveling! The host was very communicative and spot on with their instructions! They were multilingual and always responded in the most professional and timely manner!

A well-planned, freshly renovated apartment in a small block of flats next to Merano Terms. For our family, the advantage was an additional bedroom with a single bed and sofa in the living room so that our teenage children could sleep separately. Full equipment for few days of stay. Smart TV, so you can watch your favorite series on Netflix :). Close to the center, quiet and safe. Parking is also a big advantage in this area. Very nice and responsive Owners.

An amazing place! 💓 Stylish and cozy! From the very moment we stepped through the door, we felt like we were visiting dear friends – that’s how much care and attention we were surrounded by!     A neat and tidy, spacious and well-equipped apartment in the historic town centre, with a nice view to the square between the river and the Kurhaus. Parking is possible in the garage below the building, which is a also a great feature regarding the central location of the facility. Finding the keys and the parking lot seemed adventurous at first but thanks to the detailed and clear instructions of our hosts it turned out to be quite easy in the end. We were satisfied with everything and would recommend it to everyone.
