We love the rural location, it is so quiet and peaceful with more bird and animal life than nearer town. The pool is beautiful and has glorious views. Easy drive to Montaione for the supermarket and restaurants. It has ample parking , air conditioning, and Lovely outdoor seating on the balcony. Check in and check out are problem free. The buildings have got character, the accommodation is very clean, has every comfort (good beds) and facility including garden furniture and private parking. It is clean and my room was pleasant with a nice view over the coutryside, my travelling partners less so with a view of the village street. Very small onsite car park. Reception is well run by some very young staff and there is an onsite restaurant but I understand that it is not part of the hotel itself.
