Superb breakfast. Friendly staff and a beautiful location close to the beach. Definitely recommend a holiday at this hotel. The gardens were lovely and we saw a hummingbird. Fantastic!

Our host Michele was wonderful and organized an early check in when we changed plans and came way earlier than foreseen. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean and we felt very comfortable. There is a lovely big garden to relax in. Michele gave us the most detailed advice for beaches and kiosks on the beaches, warned us where they were no kiosks on some beaches and advised lovely restaurants (all in perfect German). Lots of restaurants and shops are within minutes of walking to the hotel. Copying the location from booking itself into one’s navigation is recommended as Google seems to have trouble finding the right spot. We booked higher priced apartments and boutique hotels in other places on our Sardinian tour but Costa di rei was our preferred spot of the island and this hotel was at the top of our preference! We want to return and recommend to friends for sure.

I loved it. We came with my parents to relax and enjoy sun and sea. We stayed for a week and everything just blew our expectations. The location was away from cities on a beautiful private beach and the are of the hotel was with grass, trees and rosemary bushes and flowers all around. All well taken care of. Pool was one of the best I ever seen, always clean and with enough sun beds for everyone. Restaurants in the hotel were good enough for a week and we didn't feel the need to go and eat out, but if you want to good restaurants are less than 20min drive from the hotel. The rooms were suprisingly more spacious than what appear on photos and super comfortable. The best thing overal was how we felt being welcome and taken care of, the staff were simply amazing. From the receptionists to cleaners, waiters and managers, all were helpful and very kind. Special thanks to Diego and his flambé banana that he prepared for us as a bonus. We'll remember this stay forever, thank you :)

Great breakfast - Angela and Telemaco looked after us so well. Short easy walk to a very quiet beach. The sky at night was incredible. If you want to relax and get away from it all I highly recommend Tenuta Feraxi.

The location is peaceful with lovely garden views, and the room was spotless and very comfortable too. Definitely great value for money, everything you need, including free parking and good WiFi (this is so rare!). There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.

The location and view are amazing, such a beautiful place and so very peaceful! The house has everything that you need and the owner is very kind and helpful! Everything that you need is at walking distance and the beach is beautiful and the restaurants serve great seafood. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

    Perfect location - 1 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants are in walking distance. Very well equipped, good condition apartment, even with accessories for the beach. Designated parking space. The owner (Luca) is a five star host, very helpful, flexible and nice.
