It is a nice place away from the city but surrounded by places of interest within 30 to 60 min drive. It felt like an off-grid retreat where one could enjoy peace and bird singing when waking up. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly. We were there off-season and so we were the only guests and it felt like a private hotel where we were the only one getting breakfasts in a nice gallery-like place. The property has around 5 cats who are very friendly and made the stay even more comfortable. Maurizio was very friendly and gave us a wonderful tip on the places worth visiting such as Civita.

Such a beautiful property run by excellent hosts! Short walk to tuscania on foot. Easy check in, comfy bed, AC, great shower. Fantastic hosts gave us great tips around town. Would stay again

The host, Dani, is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I arrived by train, and since the station is outside the city, she picked me up and dropped me off there. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped; everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. It was just a few minutes to walk to the Etruscan Necropolis and approx. 15 minutes to the medieval city center.

Fabulous property, plenty of Italian charm and character. Well located just inside the old city walls but walking distance to the centre. The host left some groceries for our breakfast which was sufficient for our needs, plus some water and fruit juice in the fridge. Thanks :-) Good communication from the host before arrival too.
