We had a wonderful experience at Villa Monteleone, in the heart of beautiful Tuscany! The villa is spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with excellent facilities – you’ll find absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to all the major tourist attractions, making it very easy to explore the area. The villa and its garden are perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of big cities and breaking away from the daily routine. It’s an ideal place to relax, and the sunsets here are truly breathtaking. A big highlight of our stay was the hosts – incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help, offering useful recommendations and a warm, welcoming attitude. We truly felt at home and will definitely return with pleasure!

What an amazing place! Owner and his family are very nice and helpful people. Place is a outskirts of city, Samuel (the owner) offered us the ride to town for a dinner, next day family member dropped us off to Via Francigena. Room is spacious, you can feel it is new and fresh, very clean, with big and comfortable bed (huge plus for extra pillows), a desk and a big wardrobe. Very nice bathroom. In the room there is a kitchennette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine (coffee and tea was available). In room we found all products for breakfast. The atmosphere of this place is so cosy and pleasant, you don't want to leave it!

Have stayed before but ate at the restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it - simple local produce - and with their own wine which was great. Definitely lifted the stay. proper machine hand made coffee in the morning was a bonus too.
