Absolutely beautiful apartment- and so spacious! The photos online do not do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean and modern. The owners were friendly and helpful, available if we needed anything, but not overbearing. Our boys also loved Theo the dog.

If I could give it an 11, I would. The photos simply don’t do justice to this place — you have to experience it to truly understand how special it is. From the moment you enter the front gate, every detail is thoughtfully curated: the stunning lobby, the elegant rooms, the serene spa — everything is done with care and beauty. The owners are truly wonderful people, warm and welcoming, and they made our stay unforgettable. We had the best time and left with full hearts. This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel amazed. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely place to stay in! A great renovated apartment in an historic building in the very centre of this wonderful town. Spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Communication with the hostess was excellent, checking in and out very easy and her recommendations were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

With car (30min to Parking on Saxa Rubra-Flaminio) + train (14min) : total 45min from Center of Rome... 10min from Nepi (gelato La Dolce Vita... ) and Castel Sant'Elia (Santuario...). We would like to come back.

    Convenient contactless check-in, all instructions sent to the post. The window from the flat overlooks the square - it's amazing! The flat had all the supplies, tea/coffee, milk etc. Free parking close to the flat.
