    Excellent location - bus stop to travel into the centre of Venice is directly outside the property. Free parking available on site. All rooms were spacious and cleaned (daily). One room had a small kitchenette. Restaurant downstairs open for breakfast and dinner.

    Nice apartment with a small kitchenette. Bus stop directly in front of the accommodation. Bus tickets available at the reception. Big private parking lot. Very quite location. Friendly personnel. Animals in a fenched area in the garden. There could have been a charger near the bed and the breakfast was too expensive (7€) for what we got.

    Clean green environment, very kind, friendly and helpful proprietors. We were well catered for, including unlimited bottles of water and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation central for our requirements with safe and secure parking. We enjoyed our stay!

    - You can go and back to Venice by bus in return 3€. Travel takes 20-25 minutes. Bus station is in front of the hotel. you can park your car hotel parking lot. it’s free. otherwise Venice parking lot prices are so high. - You can use hotel restaurant for eating.

    great close to bus into Venice free parking . fantastic stop of before entering Venice . let us leave our car their for a day and night saved us £45 in parking .
