Great place, very spacious, well equiped, with nice furniture. Very big and comfortable balcony with great view on the mountains. It was never hot in the appartment, though it was around 30 degree outside. Good quite location close to the city center and bus stop. Spar shop is nearby. Karin is very nice host. We liked the mountains hiking trails and via ferrata very much. Defenitely would recommend.

Short walk to all restaurants and shops, as well as the cable track to seceda and seiser alm. I.e. no need to get your car out of the garage (free private parking at the accomodation). View of a beautiful yard, beautiful room, relaxing spa and very good breakfast. However, most importantly a great host that is both very welcoming and helpful.

Really lovely apartment! Amazing views from our bedroom. Really lovely, personal, welcoming service. We had a car and it was great being just out of the busy city centre and looking over at the gorgeous town! Really fabulous area!

The apartment has everything you need and wish for, it looks even better than in the photos and the view is just amazing! The beds are are super comfortable and the whole stay was really something to remember. A nice foot path in the forest is near if you have a dog and need to go for walks in the morning/evenings. It will be very difficult to find such nice accomodation vs values elsewhere in the Dolomites.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. Guest menu for dinner was good value and since we struggled to find somewhere else that was open we ate dinner at the hotel both nights and were happy we did. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. A lovely surprise was the hotel provided Lukas the walking guide for the day and we had an awesome day with him. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful. We we're also very happy with the location. It's a bit uphill in a relaxed area, but still a short and easy walk into town. Perfect after a long day of hiking. The room is super clean, there's free parking and a great breakfast with lots of options and plenty of good food. Would definitely stay here again.

    The new spacious apartments, equipped with a modern kitchen, have their own infrared sauna. WiFi is flying. Spacious, dry and secure parking with sufficient height for a car with a luggage box on the roof. Elevator from the car park to the apartments. Good ski room. Bus stop 10m from the house. Private yard where children can play. The owners are friendly and helpful, kindly provided us with free tickets for the ski bus

    The kitchen was completely accessorized. The apartment was big and clean.location was excellent, about 5 minutes walking to every place in the center- there is an escalator was located a minute from the apartment. There was a free parking lot.
