Takes 1 minute to reach either free or paid beach (the one with sand) and 3-5 minutes to all main restaurants. It is close to 3 parking spots so no problems where to park a car. Store with parking tickets is also 1 minute walk. Valentina, the hostess, was very nice, she sent very detailed descriptions about all the main places and needs.
