An unforgettable experience in the heart of Tuscany We spent a few dreamy days at this absolutely stunning location in Palaia. The accommodation is in an old villa with a special historical charm, beautifully preserving the authentic Tuscan character. Every detail in the interior design tells a story, and the atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and full of personality. The lady at the reception was amazing – welcoming, kind, and always attentive to our needs. She made us feel at home from the very first moment. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty products, served in a picture-perfect setting. The location is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen – peaceful, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, and with a unique energy. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a truly authentic Tuscan experience, far from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended. We will definitely return!

The house is tidy, clean, both room and bathroom. Natural/artificial lights, curtains, outlets, fan, ac are working great. The bathroom is perfect, with everything in order. The house is 50 minutes walking from the nearest city Palaia, so it's very quiet. The room is way better than advertised, the owner gave us a lot of presents. The garden in front of the room is full of trees with fruit, cats, chairs, tables.

Lovely rustic clean apartment with all amenities required including kitchen facilities bathroom comfy bed and toiletries shower gel and shampoo. We had some biscotti left by our bed and rose petals which were a very nice touch. We were learning Italian and found Mr Rossi and his wife very welcoming and helpful despite our language barrier. We especially liked the small terrace to have our continental breakfast at just outside the front door. Location was great just a small walk into main village for shops, would stay again

The place was amazing. The old palace was beautiful. Our appartment was simple, but really nicely decorated, suited to the old house's atmosphere. The pool was excellent and clean. The view from the pool was amazing. There was even a toilet build inside the old watchtower. And the view from the watchtower was breathtaking.

Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.

    We arrived quite late, but the check-in was easy and smooth. The property is located in a typical historical building, with great views from the bedroom windows. It is beatiful, well kept and clean. Parking a car was no issue at all many of the famous Tuscan cities are all nearby. Palaia that is just few minutes away by car, has great selection of restaurants where we spent every evening.
