Amazing accomodation! The apartment is right on the lake, extremely clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Felt like home! The host was super lovely and always quick to reply. I will most definitely be back!

My wife and I have traveled extensively and this stay was our absolute favoritre from our travels! The scenery is breathtaking, nestled hillside overlooking the countryside below. The owner, Giulio, has perfected the art of hospitality. Our rental car broke down a short way from the vinyard and Giuloi dropped everything on a Monday night at 11:30 and came out to get us. He then arranged for the car to get fixed. The rest of the stay was flawless, amaxing food and service, everything was clean, and as mentioned before, just stunning views. Recommend for anyone in the area!

Really comfortable and clean room with all what is needed. About 15min to city center by walk so not so bad ( in fact, the way wasnt the most comfortable when it s dark). Air condition works great. Big parking- a great plus! Highly recommended: small patisserie with great dolci and sandwiches about 300m from apartment.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There is also a common area with a kitchen (tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge etc), a dining table and a washing machine. The property is very well located in the heart of the old town. It is a stone’s throw from the jetty - a ferry trip to Isola Maggiore is highly recommended. There is also an amazing bakery with the best pastries next door to the property. Mario is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and very kind and accomodating (allowing us to check in much earlier!).

B & B Florida is family run and Andrea and Giovanni made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They were very kind, informative and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had free internet connection and also a tv. There was also a fan in the room and lots of storage space for clothing and luggage. There were a selection of pastries for breakfast and delicious home made crostata, as well as yoghurt and fresh fruit. We enjoyed hearing about their family history and information about the area. The location was close to the train station which made it very easy to reach, and ideal to travel to and from many places of interest in both Tuscany and Umbria. The hotel also has a free car park and is only a few minutes walk to Lake Trasimeno and the historical centre of Passignano, where there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and an information centre, as well as boats to the islands and other towns around the lake. We left feeling that we had made friends and hope to return. We would definitely recommend B & B Florida for the excellent value for money and the warm welcome.

    Kind staff, excellent breakfast and a huge private parking lot near the shores of Lake Trasimeno. I stayed overnight on my way from northern Italy to Rome, and had a pleasant stay. The nearby town of Passignano offers plenty of restaurants and cafes even in the winter-time and many other services like serlf-service laundry (if you happen to need it).

    the apartment is easy to reach. there is a parking lot nearby. it's opposite the lake. the rooms are big and spacious. Well furnished. 2 bathrooms. I loved staying there and I hope to be bale to organise another trip in the area and to stay in the same apartment.

    The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. There were savoury meats and cheeses , yoghurts, pastries toast and various jams etce, everything you could want .The staff were obliging and friendly , especially the receptionist and there was a restaurant next door. The hotel was in a great position to walk into town., free parking always available too.

    The rooms facing the lake have a splendid view, especially at sunset. The hotel is conveniently located on the town's main street and has a discreet parking lot. Breakfast was good (except on the first day when they ran out of bread).

    The owner and the host Andrea is nice and kind person. He always tried to help us. He told us where we could go for a walk, what could we see in town, how to get to the our destination. The location is very close to city center. The atmosphere is like you come to your granny on vacation. Everything is clean and perfect value of money. Breakfast is typically Italian. You could get large cappuccino with pastries, homemade pie, also you could get yogurt. Free parking on the territory.

    very warm welcome and extremely helpful staff, Silvia in particular. Super location , very convenient to the lake and the old town. Car parking excellent. Healthy breakfast. Very sorry we didn’t book a table in the restaurant as the menu looked very appealing
