Very good for our short trip from Rome to the sea. The owner and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. The place is newly renovated, clean, and the bathroom was excellent. It's a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Despite being close to a busy street, we slept well and were not disturbed. We also appreciated the convenient airport transfer. Overall, it was very nice value for money and perfect for a one-night stay.

If you want to go to the sea, or lake, or Rome, it's located in between, 20min away. Very helpful owners, willing to assist you with requests you may have. Will visit them again, for sure!
