Our stay at this incredible castle hotel was nothing short of magical. The grandeur of the castle, the beautifully preserved architecture, and the breathtaking surroundings created an unforgettable first impression. The food was absolutely divine. From rich, locally inspired dishes to indulgent desserts, the dining experience was a highlight of our stay. The drinks menu was just as impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines. What made the trip even more special was how welcoming and exciting it was for our children. Sleeping in a real castle was a dream come true for them! They were completely enchanted by the historic rooms, winding staircases, and the sense of adventure that came with every corner of the property. The staff made sure they felt just as pampered and special as the adults, which we deeply appreciated. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was an experience filled with wonder, luxury, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and relive the magic all over again.

Everything, the view was exceptional

Our stay at Monteverdi was simply beyond expectations! This place is a true gem, where every detail is thoughtfully crafted. The atmosphere is pure magic, blending Tuscan landscapes, elegant design, and genuinely warm hospitality into one unforgettable experience. We have to highlight their wonderful chef, Chef Giancarla Bodoni, who offered an incredible cooking class that left a huge impression on us. It was not only fascinating and delicious, but also a hit with our kids, who absolutely loved the experience. We left feeling completely enchanted and we know we’ll be coming back. Monteverdi is a little slice of paradise that everyone should visit at least once!

Stunning location, courteous staff, incredible room and little gifts placed throughout the stay. Plentiful breakfast. Use of the spa was a nice treat.

All about this hotel is great. From the location that can’t be better, to the staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home, to the rooms that are very comfortable and spacious. The gym is also 5 stars with top amenities and machines. We will surely get back to Maalot next time we visit Rome.

The rooms, facilities, staff, pool, grounds - everything was amazing! And last, but not least, the food was the best we had all of the trip! We would love to come back every year. We just loved everything!

It was the best stay we ever had. The design, the service, the staff, the rooms - EVERYTHING was just immaculate. I have nothing bad to say - not even one thing for them to improve. It was just a fairy tale.

We found this hotel, nestled in the woods at Mount Etna, to be a true gem. The staff treated us like cherished friends from the moment we arrived, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by nature's tranquility, the peaceful ambiance was a much-needed escape. The culinary experience was a highlight, with authentic Sicilian flavors that delighted our taste buds. The freshness of ingredients and expert preparation showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. In summary, our stay here was exceptional. The combination of attentive staff, a serene forest setting, and delectable Sicilian fare earns this hotel a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

Great location. The rooms and commun area are Great. One of The best breakfasts we ever have had at a hotell.

The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance.... The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception. The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).
