We loved everything about our stay, from delicious homecooked dinners in the garden, to spending time playing with the sweet-natured dogs & tiny kitten! But the highlight by far is the host Viviana & her lovely family - they made us feel so welcome and at ease, it felt like a home from home. This is an authentic agritourismo producing olives, saffron & honey. It's in a secluded quiet valley with a beautiful view across to the town (a nice walk away, worth exploring) Highly highly recommend staying here! We stayed two nights but wish it was more We will definitely be back

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

The stay in Alessandra's accommodation was simply exceptional. We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is a completely new and tastefully decorated house. Its decoration is beautiful in every small detail, as if it was decorated by a professional interior decorator. The quality of all items and accessories is at the highest level. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more. An additional advantage is the spa, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Alessandra is an excellent hostess and the contact with her was also very good. We loved the whole stay, which became even more wonderful thanks to staying in this beautiful house. Thank you very much!

A beautiful, well-equipped and exceptionally clean apartment. It truly feels like a home away from home – everything has been carefully thought out and decorated with great attention to detail. In the morning, when you open the window, you can admire a breathtaking sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of cicadas. The apartment is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you could need for a stay in Peccioli. It was spotless. The main essentials, including coffee and tea were provided, along with a few pastries for breakfast, but I recommend heading to one of the nearby bars to admire the beautiful views. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment and the host, Michele, was very helpful, recommending a number of nearby restaurants and offering any advice if we needed it.

Lovely friendly host greeted us( so much nicer than a remote key box!) Gorgeous spot in this quiet town, great facilities and lovely attention to detail in little bags of soaps and showered stuff, jams, coffee, little toasts all provided. Most importantly the best wine glasses I've had in a rental in many years 😁

    Beautiful location, clean and well maintained accomodation. Maria is a fantastic warm and welcoming host, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany and sample some outstanding wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Maria herself. Pool is great and is cleaned daily, parking is ample, its a great place to relax and enjoy stunning views. We cant recommend highly enough.

    We like everything, how it’s look, where located, small restaurants around and view from each window. Elevators from parking, small art gallery and art objects around. We will recommend this place and apartment for our friends
