The geographical location of the apartment is key: just minutes walk away from the historical centre and for that reason surrounded by full quiet, day and night, also in a very nice and restful garden. Besides, I could enjoy an efficient and effective Wi-Fi service by correctly teleworking for hours. We will definitely come back!

Villa Vacasio is a unique place. Quiet, calm, clean and tidy. Care has been taken to ensure the intimacy of each flat. Each flat has its own patio, shaded by beautifully growing flowering plants. A swimming pool is located in the centre. Beautifully. But above all, the atmosphere of the place is created by the family. The couple: Lucilla and Marco, their daughter Violante (if I spell it right) and the parents. They all care about the comfort of the guests. They are friendly, open and always available ... Beautiful property. So well cared for and maintained. Loved everything about it. Welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. We had dinner on-site which was delicious and the dining room is so thoughtfully styled. Comfortable bed, lovely sheets, clean and beautifully presented.

Maria and her husband were absolutely great and even baked a cake for our daughter with milk and egg allergies, plus had gluten free options for breakfast. We received advice for travelling in the area. Very tentative hosts, all facilities for your own cooking were there and a great swimming pool. My daughter adores their lovely dog! Large apartment with shower and bath!

    A unique authentic apartment in and amazing town. It was only 500m from the free parking area and the walk to the apartment was like going back in time. We were so sad that we were only here for one night as there were still a few alleyways we didn’t explore. One of the absolute highlights of our 3 month Europe tour. Loved the old fittings in the place and the old 1959 newspapers . Thank you for a great stay.

    We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend Locando Il Tufò. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, air conditioning, and a tasty and generous breakfast, with delicious cakes made by the owner herself. Free and convenient parking nearby, friendly and helpful owner and a bar right opposite the B&B. We would definitely book again.

    Perfect location in the modern part of Pitigliano, just 5 minutes walk from the old car-free downtown, free parking available, recently renovated flat with spacious rooms and delightful natural fresh air inside thanks to the huge walls in tufo, furniture basic but brand new and fully equipoed, perfectly cleaned, large and comfortabke shower, reasonable quality price ratio, basic breakfast facilities were offered, wifi works decently notwirhstanding the huge walls

    This is a very large property in Pitigliano. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre. There is free parking along the road (if you can find a spot). The bed was very comfortable. It was a convenient place to stay for 2 nights.
