We had an amazing time at the villa we rented! The villa exceeded all our expectations; in reality, it looked even better than in the photos. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the large garden was simply stunning. We enjoyed delicious barbecues almost every day, making our evenings truly special. The couple who travelled with us shared the same opinion about how fantastic everything was. We were also really pleased with the air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts, Polina & Giuseppe, were incredibly kind, very charming, and helpful. They were always ready to assist us whenever needed and even invited us over for dinner. Those were wonderful evenings filled with great food and engaging conversations. One of the highlights for me personally was the beautiful grand piano in the living room. It was such a joy to play and added a unique touch to our experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday!

Everything was great. If you want to see Rome or anything else, it's best to rent a car and stay on the outskirts, and this location is just perfect! You also have an incredible village, with everything Italy has to offer. I loved it, I would go back a thousand times! Plus point: lots of real Italian country life, animals and flowers and woods... And lots of kittens outside to cuddle!

Very beautiful and quiet located, very friendly hosts Francesco and Rosella (Coffee, some dolce for breakfast, chat and advises). <10 min walking bio restaurant with very nice by night sight on Poggio Mirteto, can also walk to the Village via quiet road (we did this number of times for ging to diner).
