Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. We loved the beautiful cascina and Giovanni and her mother were very welcoming and helpful. We got the possibility for late check in which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and nice. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and enjoyed looking at beautiful ceramics made by Giovanni which decorated the kitchen. Also Whiskey and Ruddy , the furry members of the family,were very friendly and nice.

We liked everything about this place: the cleanliness of the rooms, with very good facilities and attention to detail, the breakfast was tasty, the quiteness in the night , and, of course, the attention of the owners. The location of the property is fantastic, in less than one hour of drive one can reach so many beautiful places in Tuscany. We also had dinner at the bistro, the food was great. We highly recommend this B&B, it greatly exceeded our expectations.

Massimo and his family were so warm and welcoming. They made us two of the best meals of our entire trip in Italy - with wine, olive oil and produce made at their farm. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant, and not only were they able to accommodate us, but they went any above and beyond. We were overwhelmed by the incredible hospitality we received and felt like royalty in their home. The apartment was simple, rustic and charming in the best way. The location is peaceful and has an amazing view.

The apartment is very clean and new, it’s bigger than I thought. The host are so nice, we even ate the eggs from the chicken of the garden. It’s near to Bagni di San Filippo which was our favorite destination for the holiday. Thanks to the wonderful place!🥰
