Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. Nice boutique served breakfast, with warm and nice lady’s behind the bar. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you UP hotel, will be back

I did like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect, all the staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, so many varieties. Room was very spacious and very clean. It was a magnificent view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I go back to Rimini I will stay here again.

    Nice small resort located in 5 minutes from the beach. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very cosy and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, it had two balconies, the one with pool view. The pool area organized well, it was a great alternative to the sea during intense heat hours. There are parking lots on site and many great restaurants in a walk distance from the hotel.

    A truly incredible place to stay. -The first thing you notice is the super friendly staff and owner. They are always smiling and ready to help you. -The room we stayed in overlooked the sea. Just perfect. Rooms were cleaned every day. - Tasty breakfast.     Excellent location - a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was quite spacious and nice - for a very modest price. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a lovely big restaurant room. We found also free parking nearby.

    The hotel is very nice, on the beach, and the staff is very friendly. We had a magnificent view of the sea, the pool and San Marino. The room (premium) is not big but it's big enough and looks great. The city centre is only a short drive away and a free parking lot is close to the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, as other people have already commented, and exceeded our expectations. Several small restaurants were open near the hotel even outside the season, so it was a great vacation.
