15 Minutes drive by car from Milano centro. The staff war very responsive and helpful. It was not typical hot summer day outside but still around 30 degrees centigrade and the room itself was very cool inside. Very cute inner garden with rabbits running around.

Location was central. Close to metro line and main high street for shopping. Grocery store close by. Even with its location it was extremely quiet as it is located down a side street. It had all the amenities for comfort: small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pods/tea/sugar etc. Extremely clean. I LOVED the self check in process. Quick and you have complete ease of coming and going at your own pace and time. Very good value for money (even with the poor exchange rate for our home currency)

Loved the location! Very close to Milano Central Station (Airport, Inter City and Regional trains & Airport buses), walking distance to the very cool Isola neighbourhood, the arrival instructions were amazingly clear and the room was perfect with great air conditioning, mini fridge and a balcony that had a very private view. We locked ourselves out of our room by accident. The back up plan to help us get in was commendable and well thought out. That was impressive.
