Very friendly and helpful staff, with Sergio – always kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the quiet and calm that the place offers. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing – perfect for disconnecting and unwinding from everyday stress. We also really appreciated that they happily welcomed our little dog, Roumpi. A lovely experience that we would gladly repeat!

Extremly nice location with a fantastic host and likable staff. The family Suite was spaciuos even though the separate living lacked a bit of light. It is a special feeling to spend the night in such an old kind of stony cage. Breakfast is amazing and healthy and beyond there is a relaxing generous garden with a natural pool pond.

A little slice of heaven. We loved it here so much we extended our stay. The room is immaculate in cleanliness and the location is beyond perfect for proximity to other beautiful areas in Salento. The property is beautiful, serene and very quiet. Waking up every morning here was a pleasure, a nice classy Italian breakfast prepared by staff was excellent too. The property is so peaceful and meticulously kept. Perfect place to relax. The grounds are extremely well kept, fabulous landscaping with fruit and herb plants and trees. Everywhere is clean, as new. Pride of ownership is evident in every square inch of the property! To top it all off the owners are an absolute gem! They are kind, friendly and extremely accommodating! Amazing people! If I could give a higher rating...I would! Impressed by this hard-working couple full of energy committed to making our stay superb. They made us feel at home. Because of your superb hospitality, we have to come back.

A tastefully renovated property in a very quiet street within easy reach of the historic centre of Tricase. Our room was beautifully structured and furnished, complete with a kitchenette angle, a lovely bathroom and a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Breakfast was amazing: a wide selection of freshly baked cakes, scrumptious pancakes, tasty fresh local fruit, yoghurts, cereals… and an incredible range of teas and coffees. It was served on a charming terrace. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Our host was very helpful in directing us towards specials places to visit and a great restaurant, too.

    The positve part of our stay was that they managed to put us in a different (regular) room after we saw what the junior suite actually looked like and requested for either a refund or a change of room. Another thing we would like to point out is that the the waiter at breakfast was super nice. Parking spots were available as promised and the beach etc was in the distance as mentioned. unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by some major issues.

    Brand new resort in walking distance to the town and beach. The rooms were clean however a bit on the small side. The breakfast was extensive and the food at the restaurant was amazing - highly recommend going there for dinner. Free parking. Recommend checking out Brisa bar in town - great drinks and food.
