A stylish property moments from a sandy beach and the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. We loved the attention to detail and care shown by the owners - Evan, his wife and daughter. The breakfast was amazing, served under a canopied pergola. The roof terrace was awesome for a sunset aperitif - we seemed to be the only ones using it. There was also private, secure off street parking.

The owner was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Ready to help out, making our holidays easier, by recommending activities or restaurants. The flat was nice, warm and accommodating decoration, felt new, had all that you wanted. The outside area was nice for eating or having breakfast. The location was 5 minutes from the beach (by car) and 10 minutes (by car) to San Pietro center and shops.

    The owners left us some focaccia and treats for the dog which was so so sweet and very much appreciate these touches when traveling. Apartment is all updated inside and very comfy. Little courtyard was great for the dogs to be able to have their space . It was spotless clean and there was always quick communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again. Beach nearby is beautiful. Parking right infront of the house was very easy / perfect in May. It was a great couple of days with the heat but no crowds yet :)

    The house is clean, but very old and unrestored (what you can't see from the photos) with a large terrace, for the price paid it is good for a short period. The location of the house is fantastic, in front of the free beach and 5 km from the town center, reachable by car. Parking under the house.

    It is really just a 2 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are also close by. We did park the car in the parking space at the property and didn't need it for the rest of our stay. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Every day we were offered free croissants and pasticciotti. The apartment had everything we needed and the bedroom was very spacious. There was also a balcony with table and chairs and even a free umbrella and two beach chairs.

    - place once in your life have to stay - spacious - stylish - sea 150 meter dictance - tutti frutti pizzeria 300 m - fantastic cuisine - Mimmo the great owner is very flexible and always at disposal, communication ++ - shower outside - primitivo wine of Mimmo is … amazing :) - parking place is perfect inside the garden - the area (costs and beaches nord and sud) of the house is FANTASTIC - the terrace is very spacious and has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere

    perfect. everything is brand new and works washing machine air conditioning etc. water pressure excellent. private courtyard. the beach is only metres away and the town has a great small beach bar called Ghigo that we went to daily. parking is included. Lots of thoughtful extras included like beach umbrellas and beach chairs to borrow, amazon alexa, a hose out the front to wash sand off, washing detergent and dishwashing tablets and shower gel already there. We would happily stay again. excellent.

    The appartment itself is more basic... The terrace itself is nice, but cramped... You see neigbours all the time, but they are actualy quite nice... The location itself of the apparmant is the best thing ever, its really next to the most wonderful beach there... Parking was free, but off season, during season to be paid... all around
