We never had such a breakfast and caring host as Errico! He was always available with suggestions and pours all his energy into the property. Since we had a late flight he even gave as a spare room to have a shower before departing after a last day at the beach. 10/10

We were in October and at that time there were very few tourists, it was quiet and we enjoyed it. Everything in the house is comfortable, clean, the owner is very hospitable. Good location of the house, 30 minutes walk to the nearest store, 20 minutes walk to the sea. There are very beautiful places for swimming nearby, blue and turquoise water is everywhere, if you walk along the coast, you can find secluded sandy beaches where a car cannot reach.We really enjoyed our vacation. We recommend this place.

This Accomodation was absolutely 5 star . It was extremely clean , comfortable and very modern. The host Francesco was very friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on all the attractions nearby . There is free parking in the large parking area onsite . The large pool was beautiful and looked very inviting.. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection of food . We will definitely stay here again . Highly recommended .

The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, for those looking to go to baia dei turchi its possible to reach by a 30 minute walk through a beautiful country road The place itself is very beautiful and tranquil perfect for a couple of days stay The staff were very kind and helpful and were making sure we enjoy our stay We recommend having a dinner in their restaurant the food is great, especially their garden appetizer

Nice apartment with hot water tub on terrace with picturesque landscape. Here you will hear only your breathing, wind and birds, so it perfect get away. Hot water tub was still refreshment after all day exploring although we were here in the middle of April with cloudy weather and strong south wind. You will share property with 2 others apartments. This is not problem as some kind of privacy is assured. It sure must be nice here in summer when also outside pool is working. Very good and tasty breakfast. Would come back again…

The place is extremely quiet because the Masseria is not located right next to the main road, so you will enjoy a restful sleep. The hosting family is incredibly lovely, they will do everything they can so you can get the most out of your stay. Super great property, it was newly built and everything is nice and clean and tidy. Super nice garden and the house is cute. The owner is super nice, he patiently explained to us the major attractions in the city, nice restaurants to eat and activities to see. The location is at the outskirts of town centre, it is a quite and peaceful location, close to a nice beach and lagoon. Everything was great and the quality and service has greatly exceeded the price. Definitely recommended!

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good Lorena gave us a lot of information about what anf where to see. We were only there for 2 nights, I wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely be back. The location was great and calm. accommodation in a very beautiful environment
