It is new hotel, downstairs is very nice bar (not typical Italian, but fancy one). But it's located at the main road (you start to hear some noise in the morning) and infront is a gas station. Ample parking space back of the house. Typical Italian breakfast - sweet bread, cappuccino, fresh pressed orange juice. Staff is very friendly. Ok for one night. Room is not very big.

    We stayed there 3 nights in total (made separate bookings) and we totally enjoyed our stay! Amazing views and facilities (pool is quite big; comfortable bed; there are most of things you might need in the kitchen; spacious parking); very welcoming host (offered us wine & snacks and also one morning we found some pastries waiting for us on a terrace table). Grazie mille for this experience!
