We had a incredible good time at Villa Epi. Marco, the owner of the house, is very nice, super helpful, always available. There is no way to do the job better. The house is realy good and clean. It has a beautiful garden and the location, directly at the beach is gorgeous! You have 25 min footwalk to Sperlonga at the beach or an a good sidewalk. By the way, sperlonga is also beautiful. We got a nice little breakfast and coffee as often as we wanted. In addition, we were allowed to check out later because our room was available and the weather was wonderful. Thank you!

The property is very clean, right in a heart of old town surrounded by bars and little narrow Italian streets with supermarkets and stores. The beach is 10min walk away, private parking as well. Andrea and his father helped us to check in, his father even helped us to park a car and drove us to the property, helped carrying our luggages. Parking was outside the town, like 10min walks, so if you are coming with a lot luggage like we did it can be tricky, but Andrea’s father saved us. He also surprised us with a bottle of cold Prosecco, because he knew we were on our honeymoon. Absolutely splendid stay and we recommend this place to everyone.

I highly recommend this place. B&B its just few steps from beautiful beach Sperlong and from many restaurants. Stunnig old town on the hill its around 5 minuts walk. Breakfast is very good. The owners are very helpful... its good to ask them about everything as best beach club, restaurant etc..

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! The owner Luca is incredibly responsible and attentive – he helped us with everything from arranging transfers to giving recommendations about things to see in Sperlonga. He suggested a wonderful boat excursion, helped us with our luggage, and made sure we had the best internet connection so I could handle some work matters during our stay. On top of that, he brought us water, coffee, and fresh tomatoes, and even managed to book us a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant during a holiday. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy for us since we don’t speak Italian. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Adorable sea style. We had 3 rooms for us 3 separately. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so a car is definitely recommended, we travelled by train from Rome and use the taxi every day, although he kindly offered us two bicycles (we didn’t use them as we were traveling with a child).

    It was spotless and had everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach and Sperlonga old and new town. We loved the terrace which was huge and with wonderful views of the sea, sunsets and mountains. Private secure parking too. But very best of all was our host Vito. He was charming, always answering any questions immediately and so willing to help us with everything. It was like going to stay with my favourite cousin.

    Very nice apartment, well furnished, very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet, ideal for enjoying relaxation on the deckchairs in the very pleasant patio or in the garden. In a few minutes on foot you can still reach the center of the village, a truly excellent location! The private car park in front is very useful, because there are no free parking spaces around, they are all paid.

    This property is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the old town. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Parking is just 2 mins walk away in a car park. Breakfast was delicious, pastries, yoghurt and cake! Hotel was very clean.

    The hotel is very new and clean. Very nice patio for breakfast with a large assortment of pastries and coffee. Parking lot was secure and easy to access. The beach is a very short walk away. Overall, such a lovely stay!!!
