everything! the location is perfect, very close to the roads, easy access. the hotel is very beautiful, modern decoration, the room is very comfortable, when you wake up the view is amazing! Giuseppe, Nona Mary and Manoela are very kind and helpful, we were traveling with our parents and everything was perfect!! the breakfast is from out of this world, all made with organic local products, it is incredibly delicious! Nona Mary is a first class chef, my advice is to try dinner at least twice during your stay. if you want an Italian experience, you have to stay here.

This place is very beautiful! We would even like to stay for longer. Pool is beautiful. Assigned sun beds. Stunning views from the room and by the pool. Good variety of food for breakfast (you need to order from them staff to get more options). Delicious dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also booked wine tasting as they have their own winery which we totally recommend. Room was specious and clean. Short drive to Todi.

KEY POINTS: Fantastic location (1-2mins walk from main square) Very clean No key to lose! Best bed ever! Wonderful hosts I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. Everything you need is right there. The interior design is gorgeous and cozy. The hosts are so thoughtful in leaving everything you could possibly need and trusting us with their nice things. Wonderful apartment with a superb terrace with fantastic view over the countryside and over to Todi town. Great Kitchen with plenty of utensils for home cooking. Very good bathroom and shower with washing machine available. A home from home, with large lounge area. Really comfortable large bed and good sized main bedroom. Second spacious bedroom also. Fantastic host who was very responsive and accommodating. Great supermarket directly below and free, safe parking. The terrace was totally private and not overlooked. Two sun loungers and parasol and table & chairs made it wonderful to relax on (the photos don't do it justice,) A lift to the top floor (3 above the supermarket) was great. Close to the town where you can drive in and park for free (behind the Greek church) Petrol station very close by too. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and host, and if I return to Todi, without doubt, I will re book this place. Thank you for making your apartment available to share.

    The location is superb for a short walk up the hill into the main Piazza. A beautiful old building boasting stunning views out of the town or across the rolling countryside. Off street parking was a great bonus. Maria and the team could not do enough for us and we are so grateful to have them as hosts. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend this stay and go back again.

    this is a great place to stay. it’s modern whilst being in a historic part of town, the rooms are comfortable, the bed is great, the shower was terrific and most of all the owners are wonderful people who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. the availability of secure parking is also a plus.

    Farm house newly renovated with all comforts. Good shower. Good coffee machine. Quiet place. The owner's restaurant in town is excellent as well. There's free parking right beside the restaurant and you can walk to the centre from there. Beware the walk is steep with many steps. But you can also take the shuttle bus.

    Lovely, historic building with fantastic views of Umbria from the terrace in the back. Chiara was so accommodating and helpful and fun to know. The breakfast was delicious (fresh croissants!) and we enjoyed our mornings gazing at the view. There is even a parking lot in the back!

    No.6 is an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, a real luxury for two people and for its price. The site in the middle of the historic centre is excellent, all monuments of the city are easily accessible. We received the keys at our arrival and circulated at will, day and night. Although we met the owner on the first and last days of our stay only, Marco was very kind and helpful. When leaving, he took us by his car to the free parking below the hill.
