Comfort, staff ,meals view from balcony, and parking. Staff was particularly pleasant and helpful. Meals, in house, were a terrific bonus and were excellent. Parking was easy to use, right in hotel property.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. Good to have two parking spaces in the long garage although you do need a small car. Very thoughtful to provide colouring pencils and books for children and lots of reading material for adults. Fans and hairdryer supplied which was useful. Rental company very efficient and sent a detailed video about accessing the property and promptly replied to questions on WhatsApp.

The guest house was located in a very picturesque Albese Con Cassano, our room had a beautiful view on the nearby church. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine, comfortable, well equipped. But the best thing about the stay was the stuff. The breakfast were served in cafe Piazza Motta. The stuff was so friendly, the positivity of the staff made our day!!!!

Spacious, quiet, comfortable! Coffee machine with stocked pods. Toiletries and towels. Would make an amazing location for a longer stay unfortunately it was one night only. I had driven 10hrs across the alps from Switzerland and was the most comfortable I’d been on my entire trip. Host also accommodated motorbike for parking up for the night and was very happy to help.

    Chiara and the front desk staff were very very helpful and very friendly. Torno is an adorable town and this hotel has the perfect location. Amazing view from window. Room exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast in a lovely room w a view. Parking was easy and a very nice gentleman will help you get into lot and then drive luggage to hotel.

    Location is amazing and the staff were extremely friendly, going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The room was quite large, but not particularly pretty. However, once you walked on the terrace the lake view was rewarding. The bathroom could also benefit from some modernisation. There is also dedicated secure parking, although it is a bit of a walking distance from the hotel

    Excellent boutique hotel with a personal experience and a very welcome stuff. amazing lake view from the huge room. convenient and large beds. perfect access from the road to the parking lot and a very good location just near the shore edge of the lake.Magnificent breakfast - Everything was fresh juicy with local fruits and cheese....
