The AC on one of the hottest days of the year was a true blessing. The appartment was very clean, cool, it had everything we might need. And the animals, the farm feeling, the trees with fruits was a nice touch. The drive to the beach was around 20 mins. The owner is a very nice guy, highly recommend this place.

clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen area, private outdoor area and designated parking for each house. 24-hour public area with vending machines and laundry. very nice, kind girl at the reception, and chek-in&out quick and easy. as well as a very good location - half an hour drive from Venice and the excellent beach of Caorle. maybe the last 10 km to the accommodation can be difficult for an inexperienced driver, because the roads are very narrow - but that's the experience and charm of Italy!

The kindness of the Host and her Mother was really what we liked; the old woman, Gabriella, was so generous and kind! The farm was nice and quiet, the city is so close, and everything is within 10-minute drive, the room is so new and everything is in perfect condition! I will come again, and I hope to find the place as it was this time :)

The place is near many places to reach by car or bike. It's in the middle of the countryside on a big crossing road very quiet, near a water channel and a bridge. Very suggestive. The rooms are over the small BAR where you can join the life of the place with local customer an the owner wich is very kind. Rooms are brand new and the quality of the spaces it's nice. During week-end it's possible to eat pizza at the bar but in about 3-5 km you can find restaurants advised from the owner.

    The villa is very well equipped, very italian. Room is spacious, with large bathroom right next to the room. The host, Luigi, is the most helpful person, he gave us useful tips to get around. Parking is in the yard of the villa and very safe. We will definitely come back

    Luigi very effectively tried to make our stay in his home most pleasant and gave us the feeling to be part of the family. Villa Venezia is a large old fashion style villa which however offers all necessary amenities and secure private parking on the gated propertyy.
