The house is in the perfect location if you have a car, only a few minutes drive from the center of Urbino. It has an amazing view of the surrounding hills and a magnificent sunset! It is fully restructured, so everything inside is new. The apartment where we stayed had a fully equipped kitchen, so it is perfect also for the ones who want to cook. The breakfast was really amazing, with a variety of salty and sweet food, as well as the food from that area.

Exceptional place, very relaxing away from noise and pollution. Situated over the hills with breath taking views. Lovely clean outdoor swimming pool. Owners are so warm, attentive and friendly. They produce their own goat cheese which is served for breakfast. Delicious breakfast. Parking on site. You can buy delicious local produce at Val del'Apsa which is on the way up to the property. It's just a 20min drive to Urbino. Spotless very clean room.

    Excellent, central location for visiting Urbino, near the Fortezza Albornoz. There was no noise at night despite it being graduation day for the University. Our room was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay of two or three days. Parking was in the public car park some 50m from the apartments.

    Loved everything about this property , the location amongst stunning countryside , views to die for. Beautiful pool and plenty of secure onsite parking. Apartment was exceptionally clean and I’m very fussy . Well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Breakfast was great and above all the staff were fabulous especially the young girl that always seemed to be on duty with a lovely smile on her face , I’m sorry I never got her name. Highly recommend. Very close to Urbino .

    excellent location, close to the gate to Urbino, plenty off street parking in the evening, great place to stay to explore the surroundings, like Frassasi Caves (magnificent!). We were a family of 4 adults and a child, we had two rooms, each with a private bathroom.
