The property is unique. A villa converted into hotel rooms. I believe it was recently converted as everything was very shiny and new. The location is spectacular. It is in the middle of the city however you do have to hike up to it. The parking was very convenient and safe and we did get help with our luggage walking up from the parking area to the property. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus. Very peaceful and the view!!! Communication with Alessio was really very good. He helped with booking a restaurant, carried bags up, gave good check-in and arrival information. We felt like we knew him before we even arrived. Depiste the warm weather we were able to sleep very well with the windows open as there was always a lovely cross-breeze. No need for air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens very good quality. We shall most definately return

The apartment is very nice decorated. In it we felt ourselves very comfortable. We stayed there with my wife, but the apartment is ideal for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms, one living room with kitchen; all very spacious, setup and decorated all really good, nothing missing. The location is very advantageous: within couple of minutes you reach Varallo, a very nice town. Also very easily you can reach man other mountain villages for hiking, sightseeing etc. The hosts of the apartment (a very friendly family) live in the same house, but with enough space and distance, so that we felt ourselves all alone in that wonderful apartment. When we needed them, with our questions,they were there and gave us information, assistance etc. This was our first travel to north Piemonte and we loved the area! Also the people are were very friendly! Nevertheless the food was really most delicious! We stayed there four days and we are not done yet:-) …we will visit Piemonte sometime again! Then, we surely will stay again in this wonderful “our-home-in-Piemonte”!

*Amazing Stay in Pella!* We stayed at this charming little hotel in Pella from February 23-25, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. The food was fantastic – each meal was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients and a true taste of Italy. A special mention to Federico, the owner, who is truly an amazing person. His warm and inviting hospitality made our stay extra special, and his attention to detail in making sure we had everything we needed was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pella. The atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were outstanding. We will definitely return!

This is the prefect place to spend the weekend or even longer. Julie and Alexis did an amazing job in renovating this beautiful Italian house in this cute little village near Lake Orta. The breakfast was amazing with home made jam and bread, cookies etc. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfy. They thought of pretty much everything there. And Julie and Alexis are beautiful hosts. Thanks so much for having us.

The lovely warm welcoming owners, the special village , the view down ,the very nice clean apartment - absolutely everything was top 10 The atmosphere in the village is unique, like going back in time....you must go to the local bar( wine bar 71)- the people are so kind & friendly they will hug you like family 🌍 if you are lucky- the local museum will be open, so one can learn about the old skills required to leave in the village.

The place was impressive. The room was very big, well decorated and cozy. The bathroom was also big and nice. There is an elevator, it was easy to carry the luggage to the room. No one waited for us when we checked in, but the instructions were accurate and it was easy to get in.

Tutto:) with attention to every detail, this place is worth the kilometers traveled and the tiring turns on the serpentines. Old italian house refurbished with a modern taste but with respect to its history in the same time. Each morning you are welcomed with fresh buns, croissants, fruits, local cheeses and various types of ham. All accomanied with a smile of Julie who is always there to assist you. And the garden:)!!!

    The hotel is located in an old house that was well renovated. The room was taken care for daily and was extremely clean. Breakfast was nice - home made cookies and cakes, coffee made to order, cheese, toast, etc. The hotel has its own restaurant, serving top quality local products and dishes. Very nice view to a green valley (we saw a deer while having dinner). Lots of parking (3 minutes walk away). The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the center of Varallo.

    We visited in winter, the room was well heated, the owner of the place was charming and friendly, the price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. The location is also very convenient - minutes away from the center of Varallo but far enough from the center that there is plenty of parking.
