The communication with the owner, Francesco, was clear, the responses were always instant. We found the location easily, the owner was waiting for us at the exact time as we agreed. The location of the apartment is amazing. Although it's a quiet and cozy place, it is about 200 meters from the train and vaporetto stations. There are some very good places, pubs and cafes around. The building itself is very stylish. The apartment is beautiful, very well designed, perfectly equipped. As the name of the place "Canalside" suggests, it is right next to the water. Looking out the window, you can see a canal with gondolas. It's a great view, a fantastic experience. Francesco was very kind and helpful in person as well. We won't search for any other accommodation if we are back in Venice. We highly recommend it! Ps. Just a quick tip. If you cook some seafood, don't put the plate in the window for a good photo, unless you don't want to make a hungry seagull very happy. :D
