Great location for visiting this part of Tuscany, very near Piombino and Golfo di Baratti as well as Massa Marittima and only minutes away from nice towns of Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto. Beautiful and specious room with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Very quiet and relaxing, being surrounded by fields and olive trees. Amazing hosts and hospitality from the mother and daughter duo who gave us lots of good tips on the area and delicious breakfast every day, which, given that we don’t necessarily eat cake and coffee for breakfast was the best we had while travelling around Tuscany, with lots of homemade delicacies and vegetables as well as cakes 😀 We loved our stay ❤️ thank you!

if you see this accommodation, don't hesitate to book it. The place is amazing, the rooms are new and the pool deserves a 10. The breakfast is correct, with freshly baked products and a super cappuccino. The staff is very nice and always willing to help with everything we need and Paul made us feel like home thanks to his hospitality.

Supernice, modern, spotless clean premises. Everything is decorated with so much love to detail - like a cozy beachhouse. Excellent breakfast and a large, ultramodern room with a big bathroom. Amazing friendly owner even though we had a language barrier, she made efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. Perfect, if you have a car and want to be away from the touristy places (10-15 drive to Follonica).

This is a beautiful property, and is managed with extreme care, professionalism and passion. The desire to be their absolute best is palpable, and they are succeeding. We had a great stay in the Il Gato room. It was spotless and so clean. I love all the small details they thought of to make sure our night was restful. The air-conditioning helped perfectly to temper the summer heat and the homemade cakes for breakfast were lovely (if you can, take the pear cake! It was moist and tasty).

We stayed at Nautilus B&B Suite Design for 8 nights in early June and again for 9 nights in late June 2025. We travelled from Australia to visit family in Italy. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff, Cristiana, Lorena, and Cristiana are always so welcoming, friendly and caring. We looked forward to breakfast every morning where we were always greeted with smiles and lovely conversations. There are many choices available for breakfast and we can honestly say that our breakfast here was delicious and our favourite meal of the day. I often chose pear juice, a croissant full of custard cream, blueberry yoghurt, scrambled eggs on toasted Tuscan flatbread and a cappuccino. Much more than I eat for breakfast at home but it was always so good, I couldn’t resist. We were also provided with as much bottled water that we wanted everyday. After returning for our second stay later in June we were so warmly welcomed back. We felt like we were coming home to family. Our accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We loved being able to control the air conditioning temperature of our living area and our bedroom independently. We also loved the rainfall and waterfall shower with the many tiny colour changing lights in the shower ceiling. If we return to Italy, we will definitely stay here again. Everything about this property is perfect, especially the owner and her staff who will do anything to make your stay comfortable and really enjoyable.
