The staff was very kind and helpfull. Spacious, comfortable room with the terrace, cleaning every day and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served-full offer (sweet&salty). Only 10minutes walk to the centre, 5min. walk to the supermarket. The hotel is situated in a very calm place of Villasimius.

We enjoyed our stay very much- the stuff was super nice ! We were informed beforehand that the room is facing the street and there is an restaurant but the noise was okay. The parking wasn’t free but it only cost €4,- so it was ok for one day. All in all very satisfied.

The location is great, a 5-minute walk to Simius beach and a 5-minute walk to the center. Very nice and tidy, the house-maids cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet fantastic with lots of different fruits, berries and nuts, cheese and cold cuts, different kinds of bread, boiled, fried and scrambled eggs and bacon, youghurt and müsli, juices, coffee and tea, and to top it off - a table full of pastries. Beds very comfortable, and I am really picky in that matter. A nice little pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolbar. Also, the staff is very nice and accomodating, and the owner Claudia is an absolute gem who goes out of her way to make sure your stay is the best. I really recommend a stay here.

This charming little place is run by the most adorable couple ever! The rooms are well decorated, convenient and squeaky clean, and the breakfast was exquisite! The location is perfect, in a calm street a few meters from the main commercial avenue And it is very easy to find a free parking spot near the b&b The owner lent us some umbrellas and chairs to use at the beach Highly recommended!

    Excellent communication with the host who was able to resolve any issues quickly. The apartment is sufficiently equipped for a longer stay with family. We spent 16 nights here. There are two supermarkets and good restaurant nearby. Parking directly in front of the apartment on the street, or there are two small parking lots nearby.

    Great location to walk straight out to the main street with bare and restaurants and with easy parking nearby on a small wasteground. Close to Conan Supermarket by the roundabout. Bright and modern with homely touches. Nice little courtyard with garden furniture.

    Beautiful boutique hotel with pretty bar, serving great and reasonably priced drinks. Helpful staff with a lovely evening restaurant. Nice small pool. It’s a great location with a short walk to town and short walk to the beach. Hotel sunloungers, towels and umbrella can be hired at the beach from €35 which is much cheaper than elsewhere on the island. Secure parking is also available

    Extremely attentive staff. Very clean hotel, with ideal facilities and a great shower. Beautiful pool and grounds (where I was able to meditate). The restaurant served some of the best meals we had in Sardinia... fresh, locally sourced, great value for money, with a quality service. Local to beaches, bars, town, things to do for all ages, oh and free parking! Whether with friends, family, partner, for business or solo... Don't look anywhere else, visit here! You will not be disappointed :o)

    Really nice little apartment in Villasimius. Well equipped kitchen, easy street parking, two good sized bedrooms. We were two friends and it was perfect for us. There is also a washing machine which is always a big bonus. Another nice touch was a beach umbrella available to take to the beach, as well as wine and snacks left for us to enjoy. Oh and also toiletries were provided (they aren't always included these days!). Apartment is easy walking distance to the main part of Villasimius, but on a residential street so super quiet at night.

    The room was amazing, bed was incredibly comfy, the staff were polite and friendly and always helpful. I loved the rooftop pool and the shower in our room. but the highlight was the location everything I needed was in a 10-15 minute walk. Free parking outside. Thanks Mario + staff.

    This is a perfect place to stay in the centre of Villasimius. Barbara was extremely helpful, and very kindly upgraded us to a superior room - amazing! It is a short walk to the centre of town, with lovely restaurants, bars and cafes. There was parking nearby and an underground car park. Breakfast was good and everyone working there was very kind and helpful. We would recommend staying here!
